Dr. George Reskakis believes strongly in the value of continuing dental education. "The field of dentistry is changing everyday and to be the best dentist you can be, you must stay current". He received his undergraduate B.A. in General Science from the University of Rochester in 1977 and his D.D.S. degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Reskakis was awarded a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry in 1987.

Since 1980, Dr. Reskakis has been an Assistant Clinical Professor in Basic Science at the New York University College of Dentistry. He is also a consultant to various dental companies as well as a critical reviewer for several dental publications.and an active member of the following societies:

• American Dental Association
• Academy of General Dentistry
• American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr. Reskakis has 27 years of experience practicing implant dentistry and also practices minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry. He has almost completely eliminated the use of silver fillings - "Natural is Better!"

On a personal level, Dr. Reskakis has 2 boys in college and is actively involved in recreational sports as an internationally licensed FIFA soccer referee. He is also particularly interested in environmental issues and is politically involved in this area, sitting on the Board of Trustees for several nature conservation organizations.

Dr. Reskakis' hobbies are sports, bird watching and hiking. He's fond of all types of music and collects antique bottles. He is one of the owners of Madison Dental Group P.C.

Dr. Mender

Dr. Jonathan Mender received his undergraduate B.A. in Sociology at the University of Michigan in 1996. Then in 2002, he graduated with his D.D.S. degree from Columbia University's School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Dr. Mender completed his residency training in General Practice Dentistry at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York in 2003. He then served a second year as the Chief Dental Resident. Additionally, he completed a two-year Fellowship in Advanced Prosthetics and Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Mender is one of a select number of dentists who is qualified to perform both the surgical placement and cosmetic restoration of dental implants. During his dental training, Dr. Mender was the class president and served as an editor of the Columbia Dental Review. He was the 2002 recipient of the New York Dental Association's Leadership Award. Dr. Mender's extensive training helps him to practice with a strong emphasis on:

• Cosmetic Dentistry
• General Dentistry

Dr. Mender's interests include sketching, painting, architecture, skiing, running and basketball. His wife, Corey, is an Orthodontist currently working in New Jersey. Dr. Mender is a member of the following organizations:

Lawrence S. Levine, D.D.S. is a member of the following dental organizations:

Dr. Levine believes:

Dr. Levine graduated in 1993 with his D.D.S. degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He received his B.A. degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989.

He received his advanced residency training in General Practice from St. Luke's - Roosevelt Hospital in New York.

One of Dr. Levine's professional achievements is that he completed the comprehensive course in Posterior Esthetic Dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in August of 1998.

Dr. Levine's practice philosophy has always involved making his patients aware of the different treatment options available to them. Dentistry has changed dramatically over the past 10 years and patients now have a variety of treatment choices based on their needs. He now restores teeth while preserving more tooth structure utilizing advanced techniques in adhesive dentistry.

Dr. Levine enjoys travel with his wife and two sons. He and his wife are frequent patrons of the theater. He enjoys tennis and baseball as well.
