Danielle Voorhees, D.M.D.
Dr. Danielle Voorhees graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. After becoming inspired by her childhood to pursue a career in dentistry, she obtained a post-baccalaureate pre-dental certificate from Brandeis University and then earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Voorhees completed a General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where she received advanced training in fixed prosthodontics, implantology and pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Voorhees is a compassionate dentist who emphasizes preventive oral health. She strives to connect closely with every one of her patients in order to address each concern with a personalized treatment plan. She cannot wait to help you achieve the smile of your dreams.

Lawrence S. Levine, D.D.S.
Lawrence S. Levine, D.D.S. is a member of the following dental organizations:

Dr. Levine believes:

Dr. Levine graduated in 1993 with his D.D.S. degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He received his B.A. degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989.
He received his advanced residency training in General Practice from St. Luke's - Roosevelt Hospital in New York in June of 1994.
One of Dr. Levine's professional achievements is that he completed the comprehensive course in Posterior Esthetic Dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in August of 1998.
Dr. Levine's practice philosophy has always involved making his patients aware of the different treatment options available to them. Dentistry has changed dramatically over the past 10 years and patients now have a variety of treatment choices based on their needs. He now restores teeth while preserving more tooth structure utilizing advanced techniques in adhesive dentistry. Dr. Levine can perform a wide range of cosmetic and restorative procedures with a particular interest in implant dentistry. He utilizes the latest in advanced dentistry techniques and continually keeps updated on any changes the dental landscape. He attends several Continuing Education courses each year.
Dr. Levine enjoys travel with his wife and two sons. He and his wife are frequent patrons of the theater. He enjoys tennis and baseball as well.
Kristin Harrison, D.M.D.
Dr. Kristin Harrison received her undergraduate B.S. degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the Medical University of South Carolina.
She completed her General Practice Residency training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, where she has stayed on part time as a Clinical Instructor teaching General Dentistry to new residents.
As a passionate, engaging and caring dentist I provide a wide range of services to a diverse population of people. I am patient focused, with an emphasis on current and preventative health, alongside creating an aesthetically pleasing smile. My desire to connect with my patients reflects the love I have for the field of dentistry.

Hossein Moosavi, D.D.S.
Dr. Hossein Moosavi began practicing as a General Dentist more than 10 years ago in several locations including New Jersey and Colorado. He received his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Denver. While practicing as a General Dentist, Dr. Moosavi took a great interest in Endodontics and saving the natural dentition which lead him to apply for an Endodontic Residency. Dr. Moosavi completed his Endodontic training at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, receiving a Masters in Dental Science and a Certificate in Endodontics.
Dr. Moosavi’s continued passion for research was honored with the AAE/Dentsply Residents Award for his research presentation at the American Association of Endodontists annual meeting in New Orleans.
Dr. Moosavi enjoys research and teaching so much that he has become a part-time faculty member at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine teaching the next generation of dentists and endodontists. Dr. Moosavi is a Diplomate of The American Association of Endodontics, being a Board Certified Endodontist made him more committed to providing excellence in endodontic care.
In his spare time, Dr. Moosavi enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, traveling, reading, and cooking. Dr. Moosavi looks forward to meeting you!
Anca Bazile, D.D.S., M.S.D.
Dr. Anca Bazile is one of Madison Dental Group's Periodontal specialists and a member of the following dental organizations:

- American Association of Women Dentists
Dr. Bazile received her M.S.D. degree -- Master of Science in Dentistry -- and specialty degree in Periodontics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio in 2000. Prior to that she performed her advanced residency training in General Practice at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, New York from 1994 to 1995. Dr. Bazile received her D.D.S. degree -- Doctor of Dental Surgery -- from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry in Buffalo, New York in 1994. She received her B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1990.
Dr. Bazile specializes in advanced surgical implant dentistry, as well as hard and soft tissue regeneration. She is a clinical assistant professor for the Department of Implant Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry.
Dr. Bazile recently has published the article Periodontal assesment of patients undergoing angioplasty for treatment of coronary artery disease in the June 2002 Journal of Periodontology.
Dr. Bazile's philosophy for her practice is:
"To comprehensively treat periodontal disease and its relationship to whole body
wellness. I have a particular interest in esthetically reshaping the gingiva in order to achieve a healthy smile".
Dr. Heather Kunen, D.D.S, M.S.
Dr. Heather Kunen is our in-house Orthodontist. She’s a New York native, having grown up here in the heart of the city. Dr. Kunen went to the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Behavioral Neurobiology. Following the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Kunen attended NYU College of Dentistry, followed by Columbia University to attain her specialty in Orthodontics as well her Masters of Science.
Dr. Kunen has a true passion for her work, as her main focus is to help her patients feel confident in how they portray themselves to the world through their smiles. Dr. Kunen prides herself in working closely with each patient in order to address each patient’s unique concerns and to achieve great results.
Dr. James Kleinfelder, D.D.S.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Kleinfelder earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University. In 2018, he moved to Manhattan where he completed a residency in general practice at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell. When it comes to practicing dentistry, Dr. Kleinfelder values transparency, kindness, and forming a personal connection with his patients. He feels providing a relaxed environment for patients to receive care helps make their dental experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. In his free time, Dr. Kleinfelder enjoys traveling with his husband, working out, and reading novels. He is thrilled to continue his career with Madison Dental Group.

Dr. Jing Chen, D.D.S.
Dr. Jing Chen is a native New Yorker who studied Integrative Neuroscience at SUNY Binghamton before obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry. She completed her residency at Brooklyn Veterans Affair Medical Center with a concentration in fixed prosthodontics. She combines her passion for art and science to help each patient build long lasting smiles.
Dr. Chen is a compassionate dentist who enjoys connecting with her patients and providing personalized comprehensive dental care. When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Chen enjoys traveling, skiing, reading and cooking.
