SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS
Call us at Tel: 1-212-935-9300 or use our online booking form to request your preferred date and time. New patients are welcome, and we'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another patient. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

FINANCIAL POLICY
We accept most major insurance plans and will help verify your coverage before your visit. Payment is due at the time of service for any balance not covered by insurance. We also offer flexible financing options to make your care more accessible.
